Films: The Evil Within (1989)
Alias: None
Type: Mutant
Location: Haunted home
Height/Weight: That of average humans.
Affiliation: Neutral, leaning on Evil
Summary: No matter what era we're in, no matter the state of the world, no secured area is truly secure. There's always something breaking through defenses and threatening us all.
History: Long after the world has been ravaged by war, there are now only humans and the mutated abominations known as Gargoyles. Many people live in secret underground compounds, but one particular outpost in the Mojave Desert accidentally opened its gates to a host of Gargoyles bent on mating with the women and continuing their horrible progeny.
Notable Kills: Anyone who mates with a Gargoyle looks forward to a violent and fatal birthing process not long afterward.
Final Fate: After all is said and done, the survivors escape the compound and blow it up with the remaining Gargoyles in it. And no stories followed that. None. None at all.
Powers/Abilities: Can heal after most wounds.
Weakness: Heavy damage all at once.
Scariness Factor: 4-Here are some post-apocalyptic mutants that got beat with the ugly stick once too often. Looking like reptilian corpses brought to life, they are violent as they are depraved.
Trivia: -This film was known in Germany as "Good Night Hell".
-There was an unfortunate incident at an Austin screening in which a teen shot her friend in the head for April Fools Day.
